What is the difference between helical gear transmission and helical gear transmission?

Helical gears are helical gears, a special form of helical gears. Usually the helical gear teeth do not arc straight, so all the teeth are involved in meshing, the force point is flat, the contact stress is small, more suitable for heavy-duty transmission, but the two teeth suddenly combine, the impact is large, so there will be very boring noise, but fortunately, most of it is used for heavy machinery or heavy vehicles and other uneasy devices.

All teeth of a helical gear are curved helical teeth. When it is running, the tooth surface will slowly mesh, so its stress point is at one point, the stress will be large, and the bearing capacity will certainly be relatively poor. Moreover, because its tooth surface is curved, it is inevitable that the manufacturing error will cause it to slide between the teeth when meshing, which will make it inefficient and wear fast, so its use time will not be very long, so the effect is not very large. It is often used in relatively simple and small power transmissions.

However, due to the slow meshing of the tooth surface during the working process, there is basically no impact, so it is relatively quiet during operation and basically no noise, so in many cases it is a special transmission choice.
